As per the Retiree Council 10 Constitution, the election for officers, delegates, and alternate delegates will be held on June 1 during the business meeting portion of the Spring General Membership Meeting that will start at 11:15, at Shaker Ridge Country Club, 802 Albany Shaker Road, Colonie. Members do not need to attend the luncheon that follows the business meeting in order to vote.
Below is the list of nominees for each position whose term of office is July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2020. Nominations will be accepted from the floor prior to the election.
The nominations are:
President: David Golden;
First Vice-President: Jim Stolis;
Second Vice-President: Ann Cherney;
Secretary: Laraine Gillette;
Treasurer: Paula M. Johannessen;
NYSUT Delegates, Select Three: Dennis Bouchard, Bonita Maxon, and Jane Weihe;
NYSUT Alternates, Select Three: Deb Escobar, Vince Pelliccia, and Loretta Quigley;
AFT Delegate: Jim Stolis;
AFT Alternate: Bonita Maxon
