Postmaster General Megan Brennan is leaving, and the Trump administration might now get their chance to appoint a pro-privatization replacement. We must not allow this to happen.
The US Postal Service is critical for all Americans, especially seniors. We cannot allow investors to come in and gut it for a profit. We have seen what happens when hedgefund investors privatize schools. Their bottom line is profit, not the welfare of those they serve. Privatization would also crush unionization of postal employees.
