In 2023, RC 10 members HELPED in LOCAL COMMUNITIES.
- THANK YOU, THANK YOU! The Backpack Donation since September 2023 is over $18,000!
- FOOD BANK WAREHOUSE VOLUNTEERS. Every third Wednesday since September 2023, groups of 6-10 members sorted food for delivery to local food pantries. Thank you for your help!
- In October 2023 a group of retirees walked with NYSUT members at the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk in Albany.
- In December 2023, members laid wreaths at the Saratoga National Cemetery and many others purchased wreaths as well.
PLANS for 2024 include a Red Cross Blood Drive and a Ronald McDonald House volunteer project in Albany. If interested in either of these 2024 projects, please contact rc10commuications@gmail.com.
