New York State Constitutional Convention
(15 Aug 2015) When our Founding Fathers convened the second constitutional convention it was to improve the dysfunctional Articles of Confederation. Every twenty years New York holds a constitutional convention, and some believe it will be anything close to an exercise that improves the wellbeing of New Yorkers, in particular – retirees.
