SERVICE: THAT’S WHAT RETIREES DO!
So many of our retirees are involved in various volunteer activities in their communities. We have heard from so many about how they are using their talents.
Working at the Regional Food Bank:
On Thursday, October 26 seven RC 10 members volunteered to sort donated items at the Regional Food Bank.

Ronald McDonald House Day of Service
On Tuesday, October 28, eight RC-10 volunteers participated in a Day of Service at the Ronald McDonald House. Michele and Sheri, both first time participants, were treated to a tour of the facility prior to starting their cleaning tasks. Jill and Denise sorted tabs, which are eventually turned in for cash to support the house. Since it was a beautiful, (if not chilly!), fall morning, Matt, Tom, Lisa and Paula all headed outdoors for some weeding, shrub trimming and mowing! We look forward to other opportunities to volunteer in November and December.
