Join your fellow retirees for “Tour, Tea, and Dinner” on May 14, 2026. Cost of the trip is $230. Please note, this trip is NOT handicap accessible. Pickup at both Yankee Trails office, 569 3rd Avenue Extension, Rensselaer, NY AND PetSmart at Crossgates Commons. The tour is limited to 30 participants ONLY.
The Tour of Lyndhurst Mansion begins with a tour that is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. THE GROUNDS ARE UNEVEN. THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS and THERE ARE STEEP STAIRS at the mansion. The crema tea (tea, scones with clotted cream and jam) includes a presentation on the history, origins and etiquette of traditional afternoon tea.
Plated dinner follows at Brotherhood Winery in Washingtonville, NY. Dinner includes tossed salad, bread, chicken Rockefeller, pasta w/vodka sauce, fresh market vegetable and roasted potato, cookie platter dessert, lemonade, water, iced tea and soft drinks.
Return to Albany projected to be 7:30 PM.
Registration fee is $5 for contributing RC 10 members and $10 for others and guests. Send checks payable to RC 10 to RoseMarie Carey, 39 Canterbury Lane, Delmar, NY. After checks are received, the enrollment link at Yankee Trails website will be sent to you. The last day to register is April 24, 2026.
